Holding a small dog is a good workout. 

The “Dog Park”, on Victory near White Oak, is a convivial meeting place.In these open spaces, mammals who have spent time cramped and bored indoors, jump out of their vehicles and run freely. The aerobic exercise leaves many happily exhausted. The activities are exhilirating: exercise, social interaction, fresh air… with just a hint of sensual and olfactory pleasures.

Many of the dogs in the park experience these same delightful and liberating sensations.
