Why do Latin American countries paint their buildings with bright colors? But Los Angeles, another Latin city in a sunny climate, mostly does not?

    Have you recently seen the restaurant Mucho Mas (on Burbank Blvd in No. Hollywood)? They recently painted it the color of Homer Simpson… Perhaps the bright color brigade has been unleashed in the Valley!
