I have to agree. The stonework won me over. Not a bad place, given some of what I’ve seen around town. It’s hardly a “McHouse”, at least it has SOME creativity and warmth.
That’s not bad at all. They kept the detached garage, and the way the house addresses the street (at least from the available angle) is no different from your typical 1920s Pacific Pre-Cut Spanish Colonial/mock-Tudor bungalow. The landscaping isn’t much right now but will improve with time. The windows are probably plastic Home Depot crap, but you can’t win ’em all.
Nice stonework, but zero yard. Not good for the environment or the kids.
