Dave Cox, who grew up in the Van Nuys area, and now lives in Maine, sent me these scans from Van Nuys High School yearbooks (54-55) which were provided by his mother, Anne Seidel, who graduated VNHS in 1955.
According to Dave, his mom’s classmates included Natalie Wood, Robert Redford and ballplayer Don Drysdale.

Hi, Stacey! My maiden name was Jane Whitmore, and Terry was my boyfriend at Van Nuys High School. I attended lots of his games where he either played second base or shortstop.
