Dare’s website describes their founder as an “Aggressive professional and determined businesswoman, [and] a prime example of a devoted mother, flawlessly combining her family duties with her professional, social and community responsibilities.”

This management company was contacted yesterday and verbally said, “The people in the neighborhood dump their garbage there.” As if the condition of the property was not the responsibility of Dare Management. If you know the proper persons in the city government to forward these images to, it would be performing a community service.

Andrew – I’d like to say great pictures as they are but not for the right reasons. Have you contacted this management company? I work in the property management industry and this is totally unacceptable. Details within the companies website scream slum-lord. I am curious if this is owner managed or fee managed. Sadly, this is one of many and when I first saw these pitures I thought is was the property on the corner of Kester and Saticoy – very similar. I think I might shoot her a few words, maybe these pics need to go to Mr. Cardenas’ office!
