All the really eggheady stuff (I use the word without perjorative intention, I assure you) migrated to the History International channel. The main History Channel still shows occasional thoughtful material, but it’s mostly Bermuda Triangle/Bigfoot/world’s biggest bridge abuilding kind of stuff. Seems like it would be geared not necessarily to dumb people, but to rather precocious children.
