I was surprised to find these exquisitely crafted decorative boxes which are manufactured just around the corner. They are handmade of rare, but not environmentally endangered woods. A craftsman makes each unique one and they probably will become collector’s items one day.

We don’t just destroy in this part of the San Fernando Valley. Sometimes we do good when we make it RIGHT here in old Van Nuys.
