I was passing by the Valley Municipal Building late one afternoon, when I spotted this dark green elegant building. It is a comfort station, in the European mode, and a very welcome addition to the neighborhood.

There is another one I saw near the Busway.

I cannot confirm this officially, but I believe these are the most significant structures to be erected in Van Nuys in perhaps 65 years.
