This neighborhood, just north of Victory, and east of Van Nuys Bl. is full of small medical buildings, many of which were constructed in the 1950s and 60s.

There are pockets of normality and beauty all throughout Van Nuys, places where legitimate businesses once thrived, serving legal citizens of the United States in their daily lives.
