    Oh, for the old VN GREEN SHEET and LA TIMEs–any pretty girl could “open a store” on the front page of the paper. And the photographer could use the front steps of the VN City Hall for “leg art”. Can’t say Marilyn Monroe or Jane Russell–native Van Nuys born and raised–posed here–but certainly could have.
