   Both Charlie Beck and Nury Martinez are pro-criminal rights advocates as was Bratton, Tony Villa and Cardenas. They have done nothing more than to toss Van Nuys under the bus to criminals. Makes them guilty of criminal negligence. It has become a TJ slum with gun traffickers and drug traffickers. Nury as was Tony is not that bright and is a Racist. Nury got her position on the city council through campaign fraud which also sent Cardenas to DC and Bob Hertzberg to the State Senate.
   This is how it works under Communist Bolshevism.
